[Update] - Project Running Modification
Welcome to today's news update and another look at an exciting work in progress modification currently in development and entitled, "Project Running". Crymod forum member and team lead for the modification Jacques Briel has recently updated us with a selection of new in-game screenshots from the mod, all of which we would like to feature for you here today.
Ingame Screenshots
Since our last news feature on the modification the author has been hard at work moving his development progress from strictly Sandbox2 solids over to utilizing an external 3D modelling application. With a short period of silence the mod is now back up and running and the results of this new work in 3D has led to an increase in the detailing that was just not possible working in solids alone. The three screenshots below once again focus on the transit railway system that we covered in our last news post. The models are currently being rendered inside CryEngine2.
If you would like to find out more about this modification, ask the creator a question, or simply leave your feedback, please be sure to visit the official forum thread located here.

what's the poly count on this ?, looks like its more for a landscape render rather then an in game render.

Looking great, but hearing other people's concerns, I also wonder what the poly count is.

I'm not worried about polycount so much as drawcalls once materials are applied, but nonetheless, some excellent modeling work here.
