Cool model. Its just that the textures seem abit, mmhhhh.
They look alright, but the inside brick and outside brick are out of ratio. Also the inside roofing seems bleh.

Maybe this is how Missing.String got created

The street lights (or building lights) are modern whereas the building is 100 years old. Separately they are two great items but they look out of place together. Try to find a wall mounted bulb type fixture that casts a yellow glow for that turn of the century look. Just my opinion. Thanks for the model.
cheers chik

They had roller-door warehouses 100 years ago? I'm pretty sure they had street lights too!
Looks fantastic imo! Love the brick texture. It looks so non-Crysis, which is refreshing.
Only thing i'm not too sure about is the roof texture. Kinda looks like sound proofing sheets, or something?

the geometry could use more detail, i dont mean like smoother edges, but more of archatectural detail, like supports along the walls and beams cross on the inside holding upp the roof. like this cross section:/T\

liking those normal maps, more supports and general architectural garage doors, lights etc. would really help out.

Being a building modeler myself i know that polygonal detail is tough to bring out, but really? those textures do need a little work from my perspective. it just looks streched to me. that's all.
Did you use UVW map? or unwrap UVW for those walls?
Still, great work natural, and i know it's a WIP
