level design - BEST OF CRYMOD (image heavy gallery) (posting rules 1st post!)
Hi you guys,
lately I doscovered a lot of fascinating maps for crysis with excellent level design.
They were of course nice to look at, but most importantly they were a great inspiration for me.
Because of this I thought about starting a gallery of the best level desing of crymod.
Perhaps also the talented artists may become even more popular and we might find all the hidden gems of crymod.
So feel free to post screenshots of your favourite levels (sp/mp) or mods which have:
- beautiful nature
- amazing level of detail
- nice indoor environments
- great urban areas
- something special about them
(interesting new uses of crysis assets, something completely different from crysis)
...and so on.
RULES
Please name the artist and post a link to the source thread!
MAX 3 IMAGES PER MAP/MOD!!
(choose the most stunning ones)
Insert images directly (no links/thumbnails)
Because you should be able to just scroll through the thread and see detailed images without having to open new tabs/windows (full of ads) based on what you guessed you'll see when looking at tiny thumbnails, forgetting about which image belongs to which map which is clearly not the intend of this thread.
With full-size images you can have a really quick and good first impression of the maps/mods here.
Though, this thread will be a nightmare for users with slow internet connection, but this thread is not intended for them (sorry guys)
While it is ok to post your own work if you are really convinced it's great I encourage you to post the work of others!

Thanks man, but couldn't you edit it and use some newer ones, they're pretty outdated.

well, I'm trying to lol. my post editor is doing the weirdest things. and i love the first one the most yeah.
v:To the question below:v Yeah of course man, i saw the whole thread. Most of the rest is more showcase of specific elements, i took more of the general environment shots. I think they are great.
And i advise other members to check out theanzelm's mod thread above for more amazing screens!
